“Fernglade” on Menzies features two luxury spa suites,” Melba” and “Edison”.  Both have a beautiful peaceful outlook to a little lake, superb décor, cosy log fires for romantic winter nights, cooling for summer comfort, 1 x 4 poster bed, TV, VCR and stereo, where you can enjoy a country style cooked breakfast in your suite or on the sunny veranda.  The spacious bathrooms have a double spa bath, shower and separate toilet.

Step back in time to the old world charm of the Edison Suite named after the inventor Thomas Edison.

Enjoy romantic breakfasts and candlelit dinners in the privacy of your suite or on the veranda while serenaded by the sound of birds (including friendly kookaburras) and, every now and then, Puffing Billy’s steam engine and tooting whistle as he travels through Emerald.

Tickets for Puffing Billy steam train ride can be arranged for your pleasure, or we can book a round of golf for you at the challenging and scenic Emerald Golf Course.

Fernglade Self-Contained
Alternatively for an inexpensive option stay at Fernglade Self-Contained which offers two self-contained suites, the Charman Suite and the the Brookdale Suite.   Both are adjacent to an outdoor living area with BBQ and gazebo facilities and overlook the Kallista Emerald walking track.
